To our family owned & operated business for over 25 years.

WELCOME  To Us continuing the long tradition of long term relationships with our staff and customers.

Glenn Craig had the vision over 20 years ago to build a truck business in Manukau City while others were in the hub of Penrose & Mt Wellington. Times have changed and our vision is still forward.

I took over the reins in 2005 and have not looked back.

Glenn's customers that knew me as a 16 year old apprentice, now have to deal with a slightly heavier 40

 year old owner.

THE WORLD CHALLENGE. 2012( Gold medal )

On the 21st of November,2012, the 7th Isuzu world technical championship was held in Japan. At Auckland Truck Specialists we have a great man in Mark Broadbent that we consider to be right up there with the best in the country when it comes to repairing Isuzu trucks. Mark expressed an interest in competing in the world competition, so along with Ashley Bennelick from TDM (Transmission, Diesel and Marine) off they went to Japan to join the competition.

I'm pleased to say that against competition from all countries that operate Isuzu trucks including Japan, America, Australia, etc. Mark and Ashley came away with the Gold medal.

This is the first time that New Zealand has gained first place in the competition. Japan came second.

To walk away as the best in the world at repairing Isuzu trucks is extremely pleasing. This is the best result NZ has ever achieved, and will be difficult to achieve again as Mark and Ashley are no longer eligible now that they have taken the title.

Trevor Moreland, the coach and after sales manager for Isuzu New Zealand and the boys put in a lot of effort and gained just rewards.

It is quite humbling that we are not Master dealers, but yet, they did our Companies, Isuzu and last but not least, our Country proud.

Mark Broadbent wins best in New Zealand for Isuzu Technician Guild.

Ashley Bennelick, 2nd

November, 2014

Mark Broadbent came 2nd in New Zealand for Isuzu Technician Guild.

 Ashley Bennelick, 1st

Under Competiton rules Mark is not allowed to represent New Zealand again.

Mark is still training and passing on his skill to our staff.

Watch this space. Our boys will Challenge next year.

Kind Regards

Richard Craig
